Od počiatku svojej existencie u ľudí možno pozorovať tendenciu prírodu ovládať za účelom vlastného blahobytu. S filozofiou antropocentrizmu sa stretávame prvýkrát už u sofistov v období starovekého Grécka. Pragmatický fakt, že človek ako neoddeliteľná súčasť prírody tak v konečnom dôsledku škodí sám sebe a ohrozuje vlastnú existenciu, však často prehliadame. Rozhodol som sa preto vytvoriť súbor fotografií, v ktorom zobrazujem človeka v intímnej ale zároveň chladnej koexistencii so svojim najprirodzenejším prostredím. Pranierujem tak na súčasne tendencie vzťahu človeka a prírody so zámerom prinútiť každého jednotlivca svoj vzťah k prírode prehodnotiť.

From the beginning of our existence we can observe a tendency to control nature for the purpose of our own well-being. We encounter the philosophy of anthropocentrism for the first time with sophists in the period of ancient Greece. However, we often overlook the pragmatic fact that man, as an inseparable part of nature, ultimately harms himself and endangers his own existence. I therefore decided to create a set of photographs in which I depict a person in an intimate but at the same time cold coexistence with his most natural environment. I thus deal with the simultaneous tendencies of the relationship between man and nature with the intention of forcing each individual to reconsider his relationship with nature.
